Established in 1961, O'Connor's Bakery is a well-known and much-loved institution throughout County Clare and beyond.  Famed for our delicious baked goods, we produce homemade breads and confectionery  with passion, pride and dedication.

All our products are of the higest quality, handcrafted and freshly baked on the day - in many cases, using old family recipes as well as traditional methods.

The business has evolved and grown over the years and there are now eight branches of O'Connor's Bakery shops - three in Ennis, one in Shannon, one in Limerick, one in Gort and two in Galway.

In addition, breads, cakes and pastries can be ordered online for collection at any our shops.
